There is ample free parking at the Mayfield Village Civic Center. The entrance to the parking lot is on the Wilson Mills Rd. side.

When can I enter on the day of the show?
Theatre doors and the Reserve Hall box office open one hour prior to curtain.

Is Reserve Hall handicapped accessible?
Yes. Special seating for persons with disabilities is available. Please let us know of your special requirements when ordering tickets.

Can I volunteer to work an event at Reserve Hall?

Reserve Hall has 156 permanent seats with 36 portable seats that can be set up in front of the permanent seating, for a maximum of 192 seats.
